Farming, quality products, biodiversity, sustainability are the keywords of “Cantina con Cucina”, the Tenute Eméra wine tourism project sponsored by the Slow Food Conduct of Manduria – Lands of Primitivo. The heart of the winery, with the restored shed of old shepherds and the attached kitchen, offers special tastings of the labels produced in the three Claudio Quarta wineries, where each wine is served in a “slow way” and in combination with the good dishes of the peasant tradition, which simply enhance the precious ingredients.
