FAI d'Autunno: Cantina Moros edition

The “FAI d’Autunno Days” return to Salento, aimed at promoting and enhancing the beauty of the territory, and this year’s theme is “The Paths of Grapes.”

The most important outdoor event dedicated to our country’s cultural and landscape heritage returns with the exceptional opening of 750 places in 400 cities, with free contributions. Among these, there are many great and surprising new features.

We are happy and honored to open exclusively for FAI members and all curious individuals who want to take advantage of this day, our Cantina Moros, in Guagnano, which tells the story of wine from a historic factory that is now a place of art, archaeology, and culture.  

The FAI d’Autunno Days see special participation from the young volunteers of FAI, organized into FAI Young Groups, who, along with all the volunteers from the Territorial Network of the Foundation and the “Apprendisti Ciceroni,” will enthusiastically and creatively tell the story of Italy over two festive days dedicated to the knowledge of the heritage of history, art, and nature found in every corner of our country. A heritage that consists not only of great monuments but also of unknown buildings and landscapes, places that preserve cultures and traditions, which we are all called to care for and protect forever and for everyone, as per the mission of FAI, starting first by getting to know them to discover their value.

Guided tours by the owners of the winery, of the artworks, and the artifacts preserved within. Musical moments curated by the Conservatorio Tito Schipa di Lecce.

At the end of the visit, a glass of Moros wine, Salice Salentino DOP Riserva, produced in a limited number of bottles, will be offered. Contribution starting from 5 euros.
