Greco di Tufo Festival: Event and Preview with Alessandra Quarta

On August 31st, get ready for a preview that will reveal the greatness of Greco di Tufo. At the "Greco Tufo Show," Alessandra, our expert winemaker, will welcome you to the Sanpaolo winery for an exclusive tasting of the exquisite Greco di Tufo, set against the charming backdrop of the Villa Comunale of Tufo.

A week later, the true festival will come to life in the heart of the Greco di Tufo area. This extraordinary Irpinian white wine will be the star of one of the most anticipated events in Campania. From September 6th to 8th, the historic center of Tufo, in the province of Avellino, will transform to celebrate the Greco di Tufo DOP designation, one of the most prestigious at a national level and among the most appreciated in international markets, during the 38th edition of the Tufo Greco Festival.

The event, promoted by the Municipality of Tufo and funded by the Campania Region as part of the POC 2014-2020 (strategic line 2.4 "Urban regeneration, tourism, and culture policies"), will span four days of pure enogastronomic experience. Tastings, workshops, music, performances, winery visits, theatrical tours, storytelling, and wine trekking: a 360-degree cultural event where territory, history, tradition, and gastronomic excellence will come together in perfect synergy to convey the charm of the Campanian hinterland.
