Perched on top of a hill, it takes its name from the San Paolo di Tufo district and overlooks Torrioni, a small village of ancient agricultural traditions completely immersed in the greenery of vines and woods.

Your experience will be tailored in four steps:

Required Tour & Wine Assistant: includes tour of the property  (duration 30 minutes) wine education & guidance for wine selections.

Wine Selection: each bottle is fully purchased and yours to take home if left unfinished!  The selection is open & yours to decide! We will assist you at our best.

Food pairing Selection: our products are prepared fresh daily. Selection could be subject to seasonal change.

Company policy

Please indicate your choice and if you have any allergies/intolerances when booking. We are open Monday to Friday, with tastings at 11am or 4pm and Fridays at 11am only in the summer season. After hours and weekend tours are available upon request.
Payment: Full payment in advance by bank transfer or credit card is required.
