The new corporate leadership

New organizational structure, new leadership and new objectives in the Claudio Quarta Vignaiolo cellars. Claudio Quarta, while maintaining the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, transfers the management of the Company to his daughter Alessandra Quarta, who assumes full control, temporarily in her function of Vice President; in the future, in that of Chief Executive Officer. The new organizational structure is aimed at creating a work group highly focused on tasks and objectives and determined to obtain increasingly relevant results for the company's growth and the development of the territories, their culture and their own traditions.

“I started my wine project in 2005 to contribute to the knowledge and appreciation of Southern Italian wines around the world and today I am happy to pass the baton into the hands of my daughter, who has been in the company for 11 years”, he says Claudio Quarta.

And he continues:

“Alessandra will be able to make the company grow further by perfecting the production process and expanding the markets by working in concert with Francesco Gennari, in her even more incisive function of General Manager today. Francesco, who has also been with the company since 2012, has demonstrated professionalism, honesty and dedication, as well as the ability to set important goals and know how to achieve them. Together they will be able to obtain the economic-financial results which are essential to be able to ensure well-being, peace of mind and growth for employees. Mine is not a goodbye, I am not leaving the company. With a view to enhancing my duties, I will devote myself more to perfecting research and production projects and as Ambassador of the University of Salento I will follow more closely the projects we have in common with research institutions and other subjects to make even more evident and incisive is the presence of wines from Southern Italy in the wine scene”.
