Tenute Eméra is the largest of the Claudio Quarta Vignaiolo wineries, with its 80 hectares of property: a large vineyard close to the Ionian Sea, in the heart of the Primitivo di Manduria DOP in Lizzano, in Puglia.
Your experience can be customized as follows:

Tour and tasting assistance
 
(15€ for each visitor, from 1 to 5 people, and 3€ for each additional person), includes the tour of the property (duration 30 minutes) tasting guide & guide for wine selection.

Selection of Wines
(see attachment), each selected and opened bottle is purchased in full and is yours, to take home, if not finished! The selection is open and the choice is personal! We will be able to advise you in the best way.

Our products are selected and prepared fresh every day. The selection may vary according to the season. Prices indicated below.

Tasting arc

Puccia alla spasa (home-made bread, high focaccia with olives, capers, onion) and taralli €3
Paired with: Jacarando Spumante Brut Blanc de Blancs or Rosè

Pampanella (fresh curdled cheese with fig milk, in fig leaves) or other fresh seasonal cheese €3
Paired with: Amure or another white wine

Deconstructed frisa seasoned with cherry tomatoes, capers, basil, EVO oil €5
Paired with: Rose or a chilled red wine such as QU.ALE or Susumaniello

Local pecorino cheese €4
Paired with: Oro di Eméra

Company policy

Please indicate your choice and if you have any allergies/intolerances when booking. We are open from Monday to Friday, with tastings at 11:00 or 16:00 and Friday only at 11:00 in the summer season.
After-hours and weekend tours are available upon request.
Payment: Full payment in advance by bank transfer or credit card is required.
