Rosé is a wine full of charm. Sometimes, mistakenly, it is considered a hybrid and lacking in personality. A middle ground between white and red, perhaps, leaning more towards one or the other. This is not the reality: approaching now to white, with a subtle nuance, now to red, tinting itself ruby ​​red, presenting a kaleidoscope of colors, expresses the personality of the producer and marries that of the consumers so that: TO EACH THEIR OWN ROSÉ. ????
Our Rosé (La Vigne En Rose), dedicated to "Tetti" (*) and all women, expresses the purity of the Negroamaro grape 100%, the freshness, given by an early harvest, and the refinement, derived from a gentle pressing.
All attributes of the woman and her flower: the rose - not for nothing "Rose."
Soft pink, bright in the glass, offers an intriguing bouquet on the nose with floral notes, exotic fruit, and raspberry.
It enters the mouth fresh, delicate, and powerful at the same time, savory, with a long finish of blueberries and cherries. In the end, a feeling of satisfaction and freshness on the palate to fully enjoy the food.
It pairs by color and gives its best on pasta with cherry tomatoes, alone, or with any fish.
