Have you thought about the first meal of the year? Red Mullet and Negroamaro with Toto Bianco!
Ingredients for 4 people:
Red Mullet
Garlic
Spring onions
Pepper
Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parsley
Cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
1.Prepare a finely chopped mixture with all the ingredients.
2. Lay the red mullets on ample parchment paper, which should be folded and cover them with the mixture, then seal the parchment.
3. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes, depending on the of the red mullets. You can rely on the "rule" of fragrance: when the aroma emanates from the oven, the mullets will be cooked.
4. Serve directly in the parchment.
