Jacarando Blanc de Blancs
"Jacarando" in Mexico is a young man, good looking, spirited, elegant, a hero. He puts in shades the others, as it does the Jacaranda tree in bloom. Same qualities in this sparkling wine. Great sapidity.
SANPAOLO - CAMPANIA (Torrioni, Avellino), ITALY

Perched on a volcanic hill surrounded by vineyards and woods, it collects the legacy of a historical area and projects it into the future with a contemporary vision and language. It rises in the capital of Greco di Tufo DOCG in the heart of Irpinia, on a hilly ridge, to the right of the Sabato river. The grapes come from selected plots in the most suitable areas and are grown up to 700 meters above sea level, where the strong temperature range enhances its aroma. The soil is varied between clayey, calcareous, sandy and with ashes from Vesuvius.

Falanghina is the most cultivated white grape variety in Campania, whose name derives from the Roman-Balkan strain, in Latin "falanx", the pole used to support the vines.
Tasting notes and pairings
Delicate and persistent perlage. A nose that smells of peach and white fruits, with a slightly citrus vein. Fresh, soft and enveloping sip. The perfect combination is with aperitifs and delicate appetizers.
