Production trivial: the grapes are patiently hand-harvested with the utmost care and gently placed in crates. This crucial step ensures that only the best grapes are selected to create the wine. After destemming and soft pressing, the precious must undergoes controlled fermentation at a temperature of 12 degrees Celsius. The wine spends a full 5 months in steel "sur lie" with contineous batonage. This practice contributes to developing the wine's complexity, adding depth and character to its aromatic notes.
